For more than 2 years, I've mentored more than 100 students and early professionals from and outside of Indonesia who are working in tech. My 4+ years of experience and connections in Indonesian and abroad tech companies have given me an advantage to help my mentees in maximizing their careers. I used to only mentor my closest friends, but now I'm expading my reach to everyone in the world to grow world class talents in South-East Asia and Indonesia.
