ByteDance is a global technology company valued at over US$225 billion and is the parent company of TikTok, Lemon8, and CapCut. Making it the most valuable private company in the world.
Bootstrapped and built the Web frontend team for Buyer Growth handling modules to increase retention and loyalty of Tokopedia and TikTok Shop users. Some features include Tokopedia Gamification, TokoMember, Rewards, and PLUS - a subscription service synergizing various partners and benefits for users.
Worked closely with the Gamification and PLUS Product, Backend, QA, and Business Team in delivering features and bugfixes. Work closely with the Web Core team to maintain various web services and metrics (RPS, CPU Usages, Core Web Vitals, and Performance), moreover be the person in charge for every web-related issues, event oncalls, event pre-scales, and documentation.

GoTo FinancialsAugust 2022 - February 2024

GoTo Financials is the fintech arm for GoTo Group, powering financial services for SouthEast Asia's biggest technology ecosystem of on-demand (GOJEK) and e-commerce (Tokopedia).
Bootstrapped, built and laid the team foundation, culture, code structure, documentation, and engineering practices for the Flutter Mobile Frontend team in delivering well-tested, performant, and scalable investment features in the GoPay App.
Recruited as the first engineer in the Investment Team. Collaborated with high-level stakeholders (HoldCo Presidents, Government Relations, Products, Business, Platform, Regulation Bodies) in retaining our trading license worth Rp 100 Billion and achieving our first 100 internal users and made GoPay the Google Play Best App & User Choice Winner of 2023.

Tokopedia (part of GoTo Group) is a South-East Asia and Indonesia's leading e-commerce platform with more than 100 million active users, 12 million active merchants, and contributing for up to 2% of the Indonesian GDP.
Software Engineer in the Fintech tribe, handling Personal Lending categories, from Tokopedia Card (Awarded Best Credit Card, Asian Banker Awards 2023), GopayLater, and GopaLater Cicil - Indonesia's first installment-based buy now pay later (BNPL) with 650,000 activated users & 1 Mio Transactions in 3 months.

Published a research paper titled Exploring an Integrated Model of Tracking and Tracing Application: Insights from PeduliLindungi in Indonesia which was accepted into ICACSIS - an IEEE supported international conference. Awarded best session speaker for E-Government session.

Launched Keris and Perisai, an integrated client-dashboard platform for end-to-end Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) as part of the capstone course for Information Systems student in University of INdonesia.

Pintu is one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing startups that focuses on democratizing access to crypto for Indonesians by building a user-friendly crypto marketplace.
Early engineering hire, within 1 year, scaled the app from 600 to 170K daily downloads, 10x DAU growth, 30x MAU growth, 300x Monthly Transaction Count, 325x customer growth and 1800x trading volume growth.
